How Does This Work?

This Terms of Service Agreement sets forth the standards of use for Bilingual Books, Inc. Language Club Blog. ("Language Club"). By using the Language Club you (“user”) agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this agreement, you should immediately cease all use. We reserve the right, at any time, to modify, alter, or update the terms and conditions of this agreement without prior notice. Modifications shall become effective immediately upon being posted on Bilingual Books, Inc. Language Club.

1. Participation Policy
You must be at least 13 years or older to submit entrees to the Language Club. Users under the age of 13 must include a statement from their parent or guardian with their submissions indicating permission to submit information to the Language Club Blog. Language Club is uniquely designed for young people to share their experiences and questions about learning a foreign language.

2. The User's Submissions
Language Club reserves the right to edit, post, or delete all submissions at their own discretion. All users of the Language Club are entirely responsible for any and all submissions submitted under their name whether authorized or not authorized. The user agrees to notify Language Club of any unauthorized use of the user's name or any other breach of security known or that should be known to the user.

3. Technical Questions
Bilingual Books, Inc. makes every effort to maintain the functionality of the Language Club site. If you have technical problems or questions please contact languagemaster@bbks.com.

4. Privacy Policy
Language Club makes every reasonable effort to protect your privacy. We will request some personal information such as name, email, and other relevant information. For example, such data may be warranted in order to communicate with users regarding submissions to the Language Club or to provide online technical support and troubleshooting. We will not disclose personally identifiable information we collect from you to third parties without your permission.

5. Modifications and Interruption to Service
Language Club reserves the right to modify or discontinue service with or without notice to the users, and shall not be liable to the user or any third party. The user acknowledges and accepts that Language Club does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or secure service and operation may be affected by numerous factors or circumstances within or outside of our control.

6. Third-Party Sites
Language Club may include links to other sites on the Internet that are owned and operated by third parties. Users acknowledge that Bilingual Books, Inc. is not responsible for the availability of, or the content located on or through, any third-party site. Users should contact the site administrator or webmaster for those third-party sites if you have any concerns regarding such links or the content located on such sites. User’s use of those third-party sites is subject to the Terms of Service and privacy policies of each site, and we are not responsible therein. We encourage all users to review said privacy policies of third-parties' sites.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Language Club is provided by Bilingual Books, Inc. on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Language Club makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the use or the results in terms of its correctness, accuracy, reliability, or otherwise.

8. Limitation of Liability
Language Club shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever, and in particular shall not be liable for any special, indirect, consequential, incidental damages or inconveniences, arising out of or related to this blog or the information contained in it. The user agrees to indemnify and hold harmless, Language Club, Bilingual Books, Inc., it’s subsidiaries, affiliates, officers and employees, from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, made by any third party due to or arising out of the use of the Language Club.

9. Copyright and Trademark Information
All content included or available on Language Club, including site design, text, graphics, interfaces, and the selection and arrangements thereof is the property of Bilingual Books, Inc. Any use of materials from the Language Club page, including reproduction, modification, distribution, replication, any form of data extraction or data mining, or other commercial exploitation of any kind, without prior written permission from Bilingual Books, Inc. is strictly prohibited.

10. Compliance with Laws
The user assumes all knowledge of applicable law and is responsible for compliance with any such laws. The user may not use Language Club in any way that violates applicable state, federal, or international laws, regulations or other government requirements. The user further agrees not to transmit any material that encourages conduct that could constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
