How long will it take to receive my order?

We usually ship orders within 24 hours of receipt, during normal business hours, Monday through Friday. Orders placed online will be processed the following business day. Normal time-in-transit varies from one to nine days depending on shipping method and the distance traveling from Seattle, WA.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. You can safely enter your entire credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information. See Quick Order. If you would like to pay by check or money order, you can determine your order total including shipping on this website, and then mail your order with payment to the address listed under Contact Us. If you prefer to order with a credit card over the phone, please call Customer Service at: (800) 488-5068


Do you ship C.O.D.?

We're sorry. We do not accept C.O.D. orders.

Do you offer account ordering for Trade and Educational Customers?

Can I have my order shipped outside the U.S?

Do you ship to correctional facilities?

Correctional facilities require removal of Sticky Labels and the CD-ROM from our Books. They also prohibit shipment of products in our laminated Language Map® Series, and our AUDIO CD Series.


How will my order appear on my credit card statement?

All charges appear as "Bilingual Books, Inc."


How can I check on my order status?

For orders shipped with the US Postal Service or FedEx, you will receive shipment tracking instructions in our shipping confirmation email. If you do not receive your tracking number, or you feel the expected delivery date has passed, please contact Customer Service by email at: customer.service@bbks.com . You can also contact Customer Service by phone at (800) 488-5068.

What kind of guarantee do you have?

Bilingual Books, Inc. is committed to your satisfaction. If you feel our products do not live up to your expectations, or meet your language learning needs, simply return your purchase within 30 days and we'll promptly refund the full invoice amount, less shipping and handling charges.


Do you refund shipping and handling charges?

No. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. We offer a refund guarantee for the price of products returned to us. You will be refunded the full purchase price less shipping and handling charges.

How do I cancel my order?

Orders are shipped from our facility often on the same day the order is placed. If you decide to modify or cancel all or part of your order, immediately call Customer Service at (800) 488-5068. If your order has not already been processed, we'll do our best to make your changes before your order leaves our facility.


How do I return my product for a refund?

  1. To insure proper credit for your return, package the product in a well-padded,
    secure box or envelope, and include the original paperwork sent with your order.
  2. Please insure that the paperwork returned to us has your current name, street address email and phone number included to help us promptly refund your purchase.
  3. Products must be returned to us in like-new condition to qualify for a refund.
  4. We will process your refund immediately upon receiving returned merchandise, however due to processing time with the credit card companies, please allow
    30-45 days from the shipping date to see the credit on your statement.
