Is there an app I can use for my iPad for downloading the 10min a day audio files etc?
Or is there a way to download these files on the iPad directly?
The macOS.pkg file doesn’t unzip or self install on the iPad.
Appreciate any input and help in this respect!!
    Take care! Ben

I used this book to cram for Japan about 25 years ago. Got all I could get in two months. Japanese people appreciate you learning the language and I had a great time, but I couldn’t read anything. I now have more time for a serious study and have been learning Kana first this time. But I got this book again for the vocabulary and sentence structure while learning to read and write. House is full of stickers, again. Great resource. Thanks!

Fantastic! We love hearing stories just like yours. People anywhere in the world are always appreciative when visitors show an interest in their language and their culture. Sometimes it only takes a few words to make a huge difference. Please keep up the good work, and thank you for your kind words.

Hi, I am learning Japanese and to be honest, I have a ton of books including your 10 minutes a day. I like it and the CD for learning vocabulary and speaking/listening. I do have one issue though. Romaji in my opinion, is not helpful or practical. If I go to Japan, I will be able to get by with simple conversation, but nothing else. Perhaps if you introduce hiragana and katakana into your book? Just, no kanji. Thanks!

I’m glad you like JAPANESE in 10 minutes a day. The goal of the “10 minutes a day” Series is the attainment of basic conversational fluency plus vocabulary acquisition through a building-block methodology.

Learning the various writing systems used in Japan is a completely separate endeavor which can take a significant amount of time. By being able to speak the language it will also be easier to learn the various writing systems if that is your goal.

So many people think that learning a foreign language is impossible so they don’t even try. We are thrilled that you have chosen our book FRENCH in 10 minutes a day and that you are demonstrating that you can learn a language and you can have some fun along the way. Let your friends know, see if you can get them to learn a language, let your neighbors know, let the folks at Barnes & Noble know. Everyone likes to hear a success story!
